Diese Bergmeditation kann dabei helfen, wieder mehr Halt im Leben zu bekommen, sodass ihr gerade in turbulenten Zeiten, den Boden unter den Füßen behaltet. . . This is how it feels like now...like these little This is how it feels like now...like these little black seeds, being in the same boat...a lot of us humans on earth need to keep social distance but at the same time have this need to be connected! . . Even though the distance we need in public around us is quite individual and again different in different cultures, it seems very artificial now and as if it's all turned upside down. . . In public we need to keep more distance than we might used to keep before. And in private, in our homes it might be the other way round, a lot of us might have less space and time for themselves, since the partner/kids/family are around all the time now. And others that are alone in their home, lacking the social contact with others they used to have before #covid_19. . . What that means? The relationship to ourselves, to our loved ones and also to our colleagues at work is tested now and might bring up topics, conflicts and questions that were successfully suppressed until now. . . In my eyes it won't only be the actual deaths through the virus itself that we have to face in the long run. But also more people with depression and conflicts in relationships and families. . . And I hope there will be enough therapists, consultants and healers who help those who need it the most after the curve has flattened on the outside. . .
