🇬🇧Don't get me wrong, thinking positively is 🇬🇧Don't get me wrong, thinking positively is absolutely helpful as well as looking into the future with a positive mindset. . But sometimes it feels like our (social media) society is mainly focused on setting positive affirmations and putting glitter on everything. . And I think it is important as well to dive deep into the darkness and make this part conscious. Otherwise it is like putting perfume on dog poo, expecting you won't be confronted with the original smell again. . . 🇩🇪Versteh mich nicht falsch, ich finde es wichtig ein positives Mindset zu haben und auch positive Gedanken in Richtung Zukunft zu hegen. . Aber manchmal habe ich den Eindruck, dass die (Social Media) Gesellschaft doch sehr darauf fokussiert ist alles mit positiven Affirmationen oder einer extra Portion Glitter lösen zu wollen. . Ich glaube, dass es ebenso wichtig ist sich seine eigenen Schattenthemen anzusehen und sie ins Bewusstsein zu holen, um wirklich dauerhaft Veränderungen zu erreichen. Sie schenkt uns nicht nur Harmonie im Inneren, sondern kreiert diese auch im Außen. . Wie oft sind wir getrieben vom vermeintlichen Außen und den Aufgaben, die es zu tun gibt. Was uns oft davon abhält, die Welt in unserem Inneren wahrzunehmen. . Genau dann, wenn du viel im Außen zu tun hast, richte deine Aufmerksamkeit nach innen, in die Stille. . Glaub der Stimme in dir nicht, die dir sagt, dass dafür keine Zeit ist und lass deine Gedanken auch nicht davon tragen, an andere geschäftige Orte. . Geh direkt in die Stille, setz dich in dieses Feuer und halte es aus. Du wirst bemerken, dass das Feuer dort nicht da ist, damit du dich verbrennst, sondern dazu da ist, um dich zu wärmen! . . 🇬🇧 One of my secrets: going inwards, going into stillness. .
